Users who make purchases at titimimi.com, whether via the web, telephone or email, accept these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and are bound by them as they were set out at the time of purchase. It is compulsory for the user to read and accept them prior to purchasing any product.

Titimimi.com reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. They will always be accessible through the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by filling in the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalised will be filed and the user will receive a copy by e-mail.

Titimimi.com reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on the website for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, or these General Purchasing Conditions.

SHIPPING

Theshippingtimedepends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows: between 10 and 15 working days for shipments in Spain.

The current conditions with the situation of Covid-19 may affect and delay the shipping time of orders up to 20 days.

The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for defects or faults with the shipment.

The delivery of the shipment will be made at the address indicated as the place of destination. It will be understood to have been carried out when the capable person who is at that address accepts to pick up the shipment, whether or not the addressee that appears on the delivery note.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport is advisable to contact us within 24 hours to claim the incident to the transport company.

CANCELLATIONS

The customer may request the cancellation of an order if it has not been sent. If it has already left our facilities, the request for cancellation will be considered a cancellation and must comply with the provisions in that case.

In the case of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, a cancellation will not be accepted if they have already been manufactured, even if they have not been shipped.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION POLICY

Titimimi.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders whose text or images contain content that is insulting, discriminatory, incites violence, may harm children's rights or may damage its own image. An order that complies with any of these assumptions may be cancelled even after the confirmation email arrives to the buyer.

If this happens, Titimimi.com will notify the buyer of the cancellation of their order and/or will refund the amount paid in full.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:

The company will not be liable for causes of force majeure, fortuitous event and for any action or omission beyond its control (such as meteorological phenomenon, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, acts of war, terrorist acts and other similar circumstances).

All content on Titimimi.com (from text to photographs, logos and designs) is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. The total or partial reproduction of said content is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the company.

Titimimi.com cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in accessing the website, although it will make every effort to avoid this and will use all the means at its disposal.

The client accesses Titimimi.com freely and voluntarily, and therefore the company accepts no liability for any consequences or damages that may arise from such access.

GUARANTEES

In general, the warranty period is 6 months from the time of purchase. For this it is essential to have the email with the purchase confirmation.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and / or manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer will have to pay for the repair. They are, therefore, excluded from the warranty:

- Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with Titimimi.com's instructions.
