Personalization
To start your design, simply click the "Customize" button on our home page and products.
The customization process only consists of three steps:
- Write the heading: a last name, a love note, a team name, or anything else.
- Select the characters that most resemble your loved ones and enter their first names.
- Optionally, engrave a message on the back of the keychain for an extra personalized touch (+€4.99).

To ensure optimal visibility, you can record a maximum of 8 characters.
For large families, please note that it is not possible to engrave characters on both sides of the keychain. However, we currently have a special offer: buy 2 keychains and get the third one free. Do not miss it!
If you need inspiration, don't worry! Our website is full of ideas, classified by occasion to make your task easier. Thus, our Titi Mimi keychain is completely customizable, perfect for any occasion.
We only offer fully customizable keychains that match our designs. You can customize both the front and back:
- On the front: you can personalize the header, choose the characters and engrave their names.
- On the reverse: you can engrave a message to add an extra touch.
Please note that it is not possible to engrave a photo or add special characters to both the front and back.
If you encounter difficulties or if you get stuck during the customization process, it means that your customization request is not authorized.
Of course. In the last stage of the customization process, you will see a preview of your keychain. You will need to confirm this before adding it to the basket. If it doesn't convince you, you can also change it at this stage.
We do not yet offer the ability to add a gift card or a personalized message, but we are exploring this possibility to improve our service in the future. We will keep you informed as soon as this feature is available!
All personalized keychains you order are carefully packaged in a beautiful suede bag, which is included with your purchase. This way, your keychain will be ready to be given as a gift and you can give it directly to your loved one, without the invoice.
Order
As our machines are automated, it is not possible to modify your order once it has been validated.
To avoid any errors, a mandatory checkbox has been added at the end of the customization process:
- Required box: "By checking this box, I declare that all my personalization details are correct and that my order will be saved accordingly. No changes can be made after modification."
If you realize that the postal address you provided us is incorrect, please contact our customer service info@titimimi.com within one hour, indicating your order number and your full postal address. Our customer service will do everything possible to find a solution.
However, if your order is already in production, we will not be able to change your address and will not be responsible.
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our workshop in about 15-20 business days. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing an order consists of two stages:
- Placing your order (48 hours): Our customization process allows us to create unique pieces for you. Each order is meticulously crafted in our Paris workshop.
- Delivery by carrier (times vary depending on destination):
- For shipments to metropolitan France with tracking number: please allow 3 to 4 business days for your package to arrive in your mailbox.
- For shipments to Spain with tracking number: allow 6 business days for your package to arrive in your mailbox.
- For shipments to other countries without tracking number: please allow 10 to 15 business days for your package to arrive in your mailbox.
Titi Mimi is not responsible if the carrier does not respect this deadline.
Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order (item(s) ordered, price, delivery address, etc.).
We recommend that you check your spam folder first, as the confirmation message may have slipped there. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact our customer service for help.
If you have a promotional code l, follow these steps when completing your order:
- Go to the "My basket" section.
- Fill in your email address and postal address.
- Before proceeding to payment, look for the "discount code" box.
- Enter your promotional code in this box and then click the arrow to the right.
- At that time, the total amount of your order will be recalculated to take into account the promotional offer.
When our special "buy 2 get 3 free" offer is available on our website , simply add three products to your basket. This offer will be applied automatically when you confirm your order.
This offer applies to the purchase of three different or non-personalized items.
If possible. You can send your gift directly to the person in question. Your keychain will be delivered in a pretty suede pouch, ready for gifting.
All you have to do is enter the recipient's address in the field provided when defining the delivery address. Make sure that the address is complete and that the recipient is correctly identified in it.
Please note that the invoice will never be included in the package.
Pay
At Titi Mimi, we offer four payment methods secured by Stripe:
- Credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, E Carte Bleue, Maestro and Bancontact.
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
All online payments made on our website are 100% secure through the Stripe platform, in accordance with French and international interbank security measures.
Stripe allows Internet users to make their online purchases with complete security and peace of mind.
Your banking details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiration date, etc.) are never communicated to us.
Stripe uses the standardized encryption system known as the "SSL protocol." When you are on the checkout page, this is displayed by:
- A closed padlock in the corner of your browser.
- Mode https:// instead of http:// in your browser's address bar.
Please note that all payments made on our website through the Stripe platform are 100% secure using the SSL protocol.
Your payment transaction will be subject to a 3D-Secure security authentication, which your banking application will ask you to validate in real time. Once this step is authenticated, your bank will authorize the transaction to validate your purchase.
If you have any problems finalizing your payment, please contact our customer service.
Once you have made payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will contain a summary of your order, including the item(s) ordered, price, delivery address, etc.
At Titi Mimi, this summary acts as an invoice. Please note that this information will not be included in the package.
All taxes are included in our prices and are automatically added to the total amount of your basket.
Delivery
- For deliveries in France and Spain , each order has a La Poste tracking number. It will be sent directly to you in your order shipping email.
- For other countries , we do not yet have a tracking number.
Please note that we are working with a new carrier to offer a faster shipping option with tracking number for other countries.
As soon as we receive your payment, we ask you to allow 2 working days for your order to be made in our workshop. We remind you that our team strives to reduce this period as much as possible to send packages as soon as possible.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- In metropolitan France, orders are sent by La Poste with tracking number. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date. It will be delivered to your mailbox.
- For Spain , orders are sent by Post Office with tracking number. Your order will be delivered within 6 business days of shipment. It will be delivered to your mailbox.
- For other countries, orders are shipped by La Poste without tracking number. Your order will be delivered within 10 to 15 business days from dispatch. It will be deposited in a mailbox.
We deliver our products throughout Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands) and abroad. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union customs charges may apply depending on the country of delivery. These expenses are borne by the client.
Of course. You can deliver your gift directly to the person in question. Your keychain will be delivered in a pretty suede pouch, ready to be gifted!
Simply enter the recipient's address in the field provided when defining the delivery address. Please ensure that the address is complete and that the recipient is correctly identified at this address.
Please note that the invoice will never be included in the package.
You can specify a specific date when placing your order, and our team will do our best to accommodate your needs.
However, please note that we do not offer an express delivery service. Therefore, we recommend that you order your gift in advance to ensure you receive it on time. Please note our 2-day production time and delivery time, which vary depending on destination. (3 to 4 working days for France / 6 working days for Spain / 10 to 15 working days for other countries).
If your package is not delivered on the indicated date, we are not responsible.
However, please note that for special occasions such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc., we indicate on our website when delivery is guaranteed before the event date.
If after 4 business days your tracking number is still not working, please contact our customer service. We will try our best to solve the problem.
It is essential that you keep in mind that when you receive the shipping confirmation email for your order, it will have left our workshop. From then on, you can rely on the delivery time based on your destination to ensure your package arrives in your mailbox.
Please note that international shipments do not have a tracking number yet. Only shipments to France and Spain have a tracking number.
If your tracking number indicates that your package is being returned to our workshop due to an incomplete address, please note that the return period may be extended, sometimes several months. Unfortunately, at this stage we no longer have any control over the package, as it is the responsibility of La Poste. We want to emphasize that we are not responsible for this situation.
As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to organize your return. Please note that the customer must pay €4.80 for reshipping costs.
Please note that from the moment your order leaves our workshop and is delivered to La Poste, we unfortunately no longer have any control over its delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays our carrier may experience.
There may be several reasons for a delay in delivery, such as busy periods such as Christmas, which may result in delays accumulated by La Poste, or an error in the delivery address, resulting in your package being returned to our workshop.
- For shipments to France and Spain, all orders have a tracking number and are therefore fully traceable, which avoids any possible loss. You can track your order with your number on the La Poste website. Please note that, once your order has been placed, the package will take 2 days to be assembled, followed by 3 to 4 working days for France and 6 working days for Spain, to be delivered to your mailbox. If the delivery time exceeds 10 working days from the date of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution.
- For shipments to other countries without a tracking number, the package takes 2 days to be packed and 10 to 15 business days to arrive in your mailbox. If the delay exceeds 20 business days from the date of your order, please contact us and we will find a solution.
Please note that if the address you have provided us is incorrect, your order will be returned to our workshop. This may take several months and we are not responsible for this. In that case, the customer must pay 4.80 euros for return costs.
However, if your address is correct, there is no reason for you not to receive your order.
All our orders are delivered by La Poste to your mailbox.
Once your order leaves our workshop and is delivered to the Post Office, unfortunately we no longer have any control over its delivery.
However, thanks to your tracking number, your order is fully traceable and cannot be lost.
When the status indicates "delivered", this constitutes proof of delivery. We recommend that you check your mailbox or the address you have communicated to us. If you have not yet received your package, please go to the nearest Post Office, where it will probably be waiting for you.
Please note that for international deliveries without tracking number, we are currently working with a new carrier to offer you a faster shipping option with tracking number.
Returns / After-sales Service

All orders are considered final and can only be canceled with the express consent of Titi Mimi and under conditions that guarantee compensation for any loss or damage resulting from such cancellation.
We ask you to quickly contact our Customer Service explaining in detail the reasons for the cancellation. However, if your order is already in progress, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it.
Only the emojis that we propose in our personalization process will be recorded in a perfectly legible way, accessible through the "add a pictogram" box. Please note that if you choose an emoji other than those we propose, we decline all responsibility if it is not visible or poorly engraved on your keychain.
Since our Titi Mimi keychains are customized to customer specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged at the customer's request, in accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us info@titimimi.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number. Our team will examine your request and propose a solution as soon as possible. If your item is scratched or broken, we will send you a new order free of charge. Please note that if you don't like the item but it is not defective, unfortunately we will not be able to return or exchange it. Only damaged products will be examined by our quality team and a solution will be found.
