Shipment information
The processing of an order consists of two stages:

Production of your order (48 hours): Our personalisation process allows us to engrave unique pieces for you. Each order is meticulously crafted in our Paris workshop, usually within 48 working hours.
- Delivery by carrier (delivery times vary according to destination) : Once your order has been placed, it is handed to La Poste for delivery to your letterbox.

Lead time: Once you have placed your order, please allow 2 working days for your order to be manufactured in our workshop. After that, the delivery time will depend on your destination. All orders are sent by post and placed in the post box.
Note: If the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel will be returned to our workshop. In this case, the customer will be charged another time for the cost of reshipping.
